Dr. Brittany Falcone opened Worcester Family Chiropractic in 2019 with the vision of caring for moms, kids, and families in a welcoming, vibrant practice community. A practice that offered safe, evidence-based care—while still being so fun that pediatric patients think the waiting room is a playground and adult patients feel like they’re visiting with their besties.
Since then, Worcester Family Chiropractic has treated thousands of patients from across Massachusetts. Our team of doctors and staff has grown. Our physical office has expanded. But our commitment to maintaining the most advanced training and certifications to treat pregnant and postpartum moms, babies, teens, and every member of the family has remained the same!

We know you’re busy, so we make getting the care you need as easy as possible. With the addition of massage therapy to our practice, many patients can get adjusted and enjoy a massage during one trip to the office. We also partner with several onsite and local wellness professionals, including acupuncturists, lactation consultants, and more, to make it convenient for our patients to access comprehensive care.
